1. Service Operations

Unsendbox provides email routing and infrastructure services specifically designed for programmatic operations. You agree to utilize these services in compliance with all relevant anti-spam and email deliverability regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

2. Suppression and Termination

As a clearinghouse, Unsendbox reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate routing capabilities for any domain or workspace that generates high bounce rates, excessive spam complaints, or violates network trust policies.

3. Liability

Unsendbox provides infrastructure for your agents to operate. We are not liable for the content generated by your AI agents or the business consequences of emails routed through our system.
