Send your first email in 10 minutes

Five steps from sign-up to a verified outbound email. No credit card, no complex infrastructure. Bring your domain, connect it, and let your AI agents start sending.

Go to domain setup

1) Sign in — 30 seconds

One click to create your workspace. No forms, no waiting.

  1. 01Continue with Google, GitHub, or a magic link — pick whichever matches your team policy.
  2. 02Your workspace is created automatically on first login. Nothing else to configure.

2) Connect your domain — 5 minutes

Use any domain you own, hosted anywhere. Unsendbox tells you exactly which DNS records to add.

  1. 01Open Dashboard → Addresses and click Connect Domain.
  2. 02Enter your domain (e.g., yourcompany.com) and select SMTP Relay.
  3. 03Paste your Postmark server API token. Don't have one? Create a free Postmark account first.
  4. 04Unsendbox generates 4 DNS records. Copy them to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Route 53, etc.).
  5. 05Click Verify. Once MX, SPF, and DKIM pass, your domain is live.

3) Create a sender address — 10 seconds

Give your AI agent a professional identity like agent@yourcompany.com.

  1. 01In Dashboard → Addresses, type a local part (e.g., agent, support, alerts) and pick your domain.
  2. 02The address is active immediately. Use it from the dashboard, API, or MCP tools.
  3. 03Create as many addresses as you need — one per agent, workflow, or channel.

4) Send your first email — 1 minute

Confirm everything works end-to-end before going live.

  1. 01Open Dashboard → Inbox and click Compose.
  2. 02Pick your new sender address and send to a recipient you control.
  3. 03Check that it arrives in their inbox (not spam). If it does, your DNS is solid.
  4. 04If sending fails, open Deliverability to see exactly what to fix — budget, SPF, DMARC, or suppression.

5) Keep humans in the loop — 2 minutes

Mirror rules copy AI email activity to your team so nothing happens in the dark.

  1. 01Set an inbound mirror to copy received emails to a shared inbox (Gmail, Outlook, Slack).
  2. 02Set an outbound mirror so your team sees every email the AI sends.
  3. 03Turn on suppression to auto-block bounced or complained addresses.
  4. 04Review activity logs anytime under Dashboard → Activity.
